Sandbanks near Poole
This is a small sketch I completed at the weekend, whilst staying at the Castle on Brownsea Island, such a wonderful place with great views of Poole, Sandbanks etc. I initially sketched the scene, and completed the watercolour sketch sat on the bed later in the day.
I used RWS Not watercolour paper, and my recently acquired vintage Frazer Price, brass watercolour travel palette, with 18 half pans, best piece of kit I have ever bought. Not sure about some of the colours, which I will have to change. Hope you like the sketch.
